Fort Liberty Department of Emergency Services CCTV and Access Control System Maintenance and Repair   2

Background
The Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) Physical Security (PS) Branch at Fort Liberty, NC has a requirement for a contractor to provide service and maintenance for the Access Control and CCTV Systems. The goal of the contract is to ensure that access control and CCTV systems are properly maintained according to manufacturer’s recommended time intervals to ensure an appropriate level of security.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform maintenance and repairs of all components pertaining to the Government-owned Access Control and CCTV Systems at Fort Liberty, NC. This includes repair, replacement, services, and maintenance for access control stationary and automated gate systems, CCTV systems, access control systems, and existing Electronic Security Systems (ESS). The contractor shall also perform cybersecurity maintenance and sustainment activities consistent with Risk Management Framework (RMF) policy requirements.

Period of Performance
One (1) Base Year period of 12 months and three (3) 12-month option periods. Base Year: 27 August 2023 to 26 August 2024; Option Year 1: 27 August 2024 to 26 August 2025; Option Year 2: 27 August 2025 to 26 August 2026; Option Year 3: 27 August 2026 to 26 August 2027

Place of Performance
The work will be performed primarily at the DES compound, buildings 2-5935 and 2-5634, located at the intersection of Butner and Stiner Road, Fort Liberty, NC 28310.
