The purpose of this amendment is to identify the correct weighted average to be used. No time extension for bid due date.

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate questions and answ ers as Attachment 5, extend offerors due dates, make changes to coefficient format to Attachment 4 Coefficient Bid Schedule (to maintain compliance w ith AFARS 5152.237-9000) make changes to Section L, Section M, Section J, attachments 2 and 3. Also to establish bid opening time.

Amendment, This notice is to postpone the Bids due date until such time as a proper solicitaiton amendment can be issued. The Government anticipates the amended solicitation to be issued no later than 19 August 2022.

SOLICITATION ISSUED

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Leonard Wood anticipates awarding a 8(a) competitive set aside construction Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Fort Leonard Wood Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Missouri. This Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SAIDIQ) JOC will be used to provide a broad range of maintenance, repair, new, and minor construction work, projects on real property to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Leonard Wood, MIssouri and Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA). The anticipated period of performance will be a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, which a small business size standard is $36.5M. This requirement will be a 8(a) Competitive set-aside. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All documents including the solicitation and all amendments to the solicitation will be obtainable via https://SAM.gov.

Contractors are strongly cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. All questions and recommendations on how the anticipated solicitation can support industry better is strongly recommended. All questions will be answered when the ACTUAL SOLICITATION Questioning Period closes.
