Description

The following notice is to answer the final Questions that were received. The questions and answers are as follows:
1. Question 1: Section - Volume II: Factor 2 Past Performance; Paragraph - vii: Past Performance Questionnaire.
Please confirm that any Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) submitted by contractors and received by the government during the TBD extension due date of proposals are valid and will be evaluated and any new or additional PPQs can also be submitted.

ANSWER: PPQs that were submitted during the TBD extension will be accepted and evaluated. All new and additional PPQs will be accepted and evaluated as long as they are received by the proposal due date.

2. Question 2: Amendment 0004; Paragraph - Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form.
After a lengthy delay, the government has only allowed 7 business days to finalize and submit a compliant proposal which includes a federal holiday, an estimated 1-2 days for production, and 1-2 days for shipping. This 7 days is not reasonable under these circumstances and we are respectfully requesting that the due date for proposals be extended to 01-Mar-2019 at 11:00 AM.

ANSWER: The proposal due date remains unchanged. Proposals are due on 22 February 2019 at 11:00AM EST.
