Background
The U.S. Army Sustainment Command (ASC) is seeking to award a firm-fixed-price bridge contract to Southern Foodservice Management, Inc. for Full Food Services (FFS) at Army Dining Facilities (DFACs) located at Fort Lee, VA.

This action is necessary to prevent a disruption in food service operations following the decision not to issue a new Task Order under contract W5168W-23-D-0006 due to unacceptable service levels from the previous contractor. The urgency of this requirement is underscored by the Army's strategic Dining Excellence (DINEX) initiative, which aims to enhance food service operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all supervision, labor, personnel, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for operational services at DFACs. Specific tasks include: receiving food supplies, storing them appropriately, preparing meals, requisitioning food items as needed, and serving food to personnel.

The contractor must ensure compliance with health and safety standards while delivering high-quality food services.
