Background
Fort Gregg-Adams College of Applied Logistics and Operational Sciences U.S. Army Logistics University has a requirement to support ASU’s data education initiative for conducting training development and platform training, and providing mobile training team, and updates to programs of instruction modernization in support of the Unified Action in support of Large-Scale Combat Operations and Multi Domain Operations, the U.S. Army Learning Concept for Training and Education 2020-2040 (ALC-TE), and future sustainment Warfighter Functions initiatives. The Contractor shall interface and interact with other instructors; Department of Defense (DOD) contractors, military members, and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians as defined in this Performance Work Statement.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide Data Education Support non-personal service(s) to Army Sustainment University’s students with the means to understand and perform data analysis in support of decision making. The program will be progressive and sequential with three levels and a Senior Leaders’ Course supported by Contracted education (Curriculum) Designers and instructors. A Train-the-Trainer program will also be established to transfer instruction responsibilities to military instructors and establish continuity of instruction.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from 01-AUG-2023 to 31-JUL-2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Lee College of Applied Logistics and Operational Sciences U.S. Army Logistics University, located at CENTRAL RECEIVING POINT, 1030 REAR ACCESS ROAD BLDG 6242, FORT LEE VA 23801-6000.
