Fort Knox Propane Supply - CANCELLED

Background
The solicitation is for a contract to supply bulk liquid petroleum (LP) propane gas to designated locations throughout the Fort Knox, Kentucky Installation. It is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The resulting contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to the offeror with the lowest price that meets the requirements of the solicitation and is deemed responsible by the FAR. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Knox is the primary point of contact responsible for providing information and responding to inquiries.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all materials, parts, labor, and equipment to supply bulk petroleum, liquid propane (LP) gas, to designated locations throughout Fort Knox, KY. This includes supplying approximately 30 tanks with a capacity of 1,000 gallons each, providing 33 propane tanks for 12 months including installation, maintenance, and repairs, providing replacement parts due to damage caused by LP gas systems, and delivering fees inclusive of all overhead and profit and trip charges. The contractor shall also repair or replace defective systems and respond to emergency fill calls within 24 hours of notification by the government or an authorized representative.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from December 1, 2022, to November 30, 2023.

Place of Performance
The product will be delivered to various designated locations throughout Fort Knox, Kentucky.
