Fort Johnson CBOC – Maintenance, Janitorial, and Landscaping   2

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) is seeking to procure Maintenance, Janitorial, and Landscaping Services for the Fort Johnson Community Based Outpatient Clinic. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The goal of the contract is to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition to support the mission of providing healthcare services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

1. Building Maintenance: Maintaining building equipment and systems, ensuring the premises are in good condition, using eco-friendly products, providing staffing plans, and outlining maintenance procedures.

2. Landscape Maintenance: Regular upkeep of landscaping as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3. Janitorial Services: Providing medical-grade housekeeping services five days a week, including cleaning after hours, using environmentally safe products, and maintaining cleanliness standards in restrooms and common areas.

4. Emergency Services: Responding to unscheduled or emergency repairs within specified timeframes and maintaining necessary supplies for such repairs. The contractor must also provide documentation of personnel qualifications and certifications.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on September 30, 2025, and ends on September 29, 2026, with options for renewal for up to four additional years.
