Follow-On for Alarm Monitoring Services at Fort Hood, TX

Notice to Offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or
after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no
obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs. The requirement is subject to the availability of
appropriated funds.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in
accordance with RFO FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being
requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number W9115126QA053 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for a Follow-On for
Alarm Monitoring Services at Fort Hood, TX. (Current contract W91151-21-C-0026.) The North
American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 Security
Systems Services (except Locksmiths). Business Size Standard in dollars is $25M. The PSC is S211,
Housekeeping- Surveillance.

This acquisition is set-aside for 8(a) small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and

This solicitation will close at 3:30 PM CST on July 02, 2026. Quotations received after this date and
time will be considered late in accordance with RFO FAR 52.212-2 and will not be evaluated. The
Contracting Officer intends to make an award without negotiations; however, that does not prevent the
Contracting Officer from holding negotiations if it is in the best interests of the government. All quotes
must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to this solicitation, if applicable. All questions
must be submitted no later than 3:30 PM CST on June 24, 2026. Delivery Date: August 01, 2026.

Background
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide Alarm Monitoring Services at Fort Hood, Texas, as part of the Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) mission.
