Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Eustis, Virginia, will be awarding one (1) competitive 8(a) Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This is a recurring requirement consisting of ten (10) Annexes, eight (8) of which have Common Levels of Support (CLS) for specific functional areas. The requirement will provide base operations (BASOPS) and support services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Gordon, GA. The services include facilities maintenance, unaccompanied management, refuse removal, grounds maintenance, pavement clearance, heating and cooling services, and pest management. The period of performance will be a two-month Phase-In, a ten-month Base Period, and four one-year Option Years.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Base Operation and Support Services for the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Gordon, GA. The services include facilities maintenance (both vertical and horizontal), unaccompanied management, refuse removal, grounds maintenance, pavement clearance, heating and cooling services, and pest management. Additionally, the contract includes requirements such as emergency services, contract administration and management, work management, demand maintenance orders (DMOs), preventive maintenance orders (PMOs), operations work orders (OWOs), project work orders (PWOs), warranty program operation, technical document library operation, maintaining as-builts, historic property or archeological site preservation, security measures and training, safety measures and training, environmental requirements compliance, contingency plans development and implementation.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will consist of a two-month Phase-In period followed by a ten-month Base Period and four one-year Option Years.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Fort Gordon in Georgia.
