PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The performance period for this contract is 365 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).

SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE: This is a total small business set-aside competition.

Background
The Fort Duchesne PHS Indian Health Clinic Renovation project is a total small business set-aside competition. The project is located at the Fort Duchesne PHS Indian Health Center in Utah, serving the Ute Tribes of the Uintah and Ouray Reservations. The facility provides comprehensive public health services and is managed by the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS), which is comprised of 10 regional Service Units serving Native communities throughout Arizona, Utah, and Nevada.

Work Details
The project consists of renovating the existing PHS Indian Health Clinic in Fort Duchesne. It includes modernizing the building’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, and information technology systems, reconfiguring space allocation within the healthcare facility, and completing all necessary work to achieve required outcomes. The renovation has been designed to be completed in a single phase, with temporary buildings constructed north of the existing clinic building to accommodate staff and services during the renovation period.
