Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, fuel, tools, supplies, vehicles, materials, and management necessary for full-service snow and ice control operations.
Services are required 24/7 during the operational winter season from October 1 to May 1, with a core mission-essential snow season from October 15 to April 15.
The areas included in the service scope are all specified installation roads, streets, intersections, cantonment areas, administrative facility parking areas, common-use sidewalks, the entire airfield/runway complex, railheads, and all Fort Drum training ranges and associated access roads.
