Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP): The Government is seeking questions, comments, suggestions, and corrections to improve the draft solicitation for this procurement. Potential Offerors may exchange as much information about internal business practices or potential solutions to the Army on a confidential basis. The DRFP is not a formal solicitation; it is a mechanism for potential Offerors to comment on all aspects of the DRFP and identify unnecessary or inefficient requirements. Information Offerors need to prepare its proposal, however, will be disclosed to all potential Offerors at the earliest possible opportunity.

The Government emphasizes that this is not a request for competitive proposals. Since this is a DRFP announcement only, no evaluation letters and/or results will be issued to the respondents. Solicitation requests will not be acknowledged. Fort Drum is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals, and Fort Drum will not accept telephone inquiries. The final RFP may be different from the DRFP. All questions and correspondence shall also be directed via email only to Samara Johnson at samara.e.johnson.civ@army.mil and A. Milan Sanchez at alfredo.m.sanchez.civ@army.mil. No reimbursement will be made to any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
