Additionally, provide emergency dispatch support and conduct annual TPQEI inspections at U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Detrick, MD.

The U.S. Army Garrison at Fort Detrick is issuing this contract to provide maintenance services for hydraulic hybrid and gearless traction MRL elevators. Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services required for routine maintenance and emergency repairs of nineteen (19) elevators at Fort Detrick. Services include:

- Monthly inspections and maintenance;
- Annual no-load tests;
- Five-year full-load tests;
- Annual TPQEI inspections as per Federal and State codes;
- Monthly reports;
- Emergency dispatch support;
- Minor repairs.

The contractor must ensure compliance with NFPA 72 standards for fire egress and ADA requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one base year (12 months) with four optional years, each lasting 12 months.
