Fort Carson ICIDS Sources Sought Notice

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Carson (MICC-FC) is conducting a market survey to identify qualified sources capable of providing Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) monitoring and maintenance services for the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) at Fort Carson, Colorado.

The ICIDS program is essential for securing Army assets, including Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E), classified areas, and other critical resources. This sources sought notice aims to gather information on the capabilities and qualifications of potential contractors, particularly from the small business community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing ICIDS monitoring and maintenance services, which includes:
- Managing approximately 730 ICIDS zones associated with the Fort Carson ICIDS-IV/V system.
- Utilizing components such as DAQ Starwatch’s Primary Monitoring Cabinet (PMC), Remote Poller Mux (RPM) Cabinets, Operator Workstations (OPWS), Remote Status Monitor (RSM), Inovonics wireless receivers, transmitters, repeaters, approved sensors, and necessary wiring and conduit.
- Ensuring the operation of Uninterruptible Power Sources (UPS) with various system components.
- Providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, replacement parts, supervision, and other items necessary for effective service delivery.

Period of Performance
The anticipated solicitation issuance period is expected in Spring 2027.
