Fort Carson Commissary Shelf Stocking, Receiving/Storage/Holding Area (RSHA), Custodial Operations, and Residual Grocery

Furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform shelf stocking, receiving/storage/holding area (RSHA), custodial operations, and residual grocery for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Fort Carson Commissary, located in Fort Carson, Colorado near Colorado Springs, in accordance with the Government's Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation includes a base period (January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021) and four one-year option periods. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561990, and the business size standard is $12 million. This solicitation and all attachments necessary to prepare a proposal will be available from beta.Sam on April 28, 2020, with a closing date of June 18, 2020. A site visit is scheduled for May 21, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. (MST). Offerors without the capability to download Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and/or Adobe PDF files, can request a paper copy of the solicitation and compact disk (CD).
