Fort Bragg DPW Vertical Construction   3

DPW FB's mission is to sustain, restore, and modernize Fort Bragg real property facilities for the installation. The Vertical Construction Services MA IDIQ contracts will allow DPW - FB to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction projects on real property at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. During the contract period, the Government will identify construction tasks required to complete each specific project. These tasks will include new minor construction, Maintenance and Repair (M&R) related to variety of trades such: carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, masonry, demolition, roadwork, storm drainage, earthwork, welding, construction of new structures or facilities, energy conservation, environmental, logistical, operational type work and other general construction work.

AMENDMENT 1: The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 1 is to 1) Extend the due date for Technical Questions from three calendar days to six calendar days after site visit date 1 July 2021, 2) Extend the closing date of Solicitation from 14 July 2021 to 26 July 2021 and 3) Revised the Ordering Period to 8 October 2021 through 7 October 2026. AMENDMENT 2: The purpose of Final Solicitation Amendment 2 is to 1) Extend proposal submission deadline date from 26 July 2021 to 9 August 2021 to allow the Government to incorporate revisions to the Solicitation documents and provide answers to all questions from the Request for Information (RFI) in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment. The Government's answers to the RFIs will be posted in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment.

AMENDMENT 3: The purpose of Final Solicitation Amendment 3 is to 1) Extend proposal submission deadline date from 9 August 2021 to 13 August 2021 to allow the Government to incorporate revisions to the Solicitation documents and provide answers to all questions from the Request for Information (RFI) in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment. The Government's answers to the RFIs will be posted in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment.

AMENDMENT 4: The purpose of Final Solicitation Amendment 4 is to 1) Extend proposal submission deadline date from 13 August 2021 to 30 August 2021 to allow the Government to incorporate revisions to the Solicitation documents and provide answers to all questions from the Request for Information (RFI) in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment. The Government's answers to the RFIs will be posted in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment.

AMENDMENT 5: The purpose of Final Solicitation Amendment 5 is to 1) Extend proposal submission deadline date from 30 August 2021 to 24 September 2021 to allow the Government to incorporate revisions to the Solicitation documents and provide answers to all questions from the Request for Information (RFI) in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment. The Government's answers to the RFIs will be posted in the upcoming Solicitation Amendment.

AMENDMENT 6: The purpose of Final Solicitation Amendment 6 is to 1) Incorporate revisions and additions to the Solicitation and Statement of Work (Section C) based on the questions and responses from the Government. 2) Attachment 1B - Notional Seed Project Wage Determinations has been revised. 3) Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule has been revised. 4) Attachment 4 - MA IDIQ CAP Rates has been revised. 5) Attachment 7 - Government Answers - VERTICAL MA IDIQ RFI Excel Spreadsheet has been added. 6) Attachment 8 - M-2505 Asbestos Report has been added. 7) Attachment 9 - M-6205 Asbestos Report has been added. 8) Attachment 10 - 7859, FB-00007-21 & FB-00009-21, RevitalizeM-6205&M- 2505_IDGSpecs_20210722aa has been added. 9) Attachment 11 - M2505 & M6205 Asbuilt has been added. 10) Attachment 12 - M2505 & M6205 Communications has been added. 11) Attachment 13 - M2505 & M6205 Pictures has been added. and 12) Excel Spreadsheet has been uploaded to post answers to the RFI from Industry.

AMENDMENT 7: The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 7 is to 1) Incorporate Attachment 14 -
MICC_MATOC_Vertical_W9124720R0043_KeyPersonnel_20210913aa. 2) Attachment 4 - MA IDIQ CAP Rates has been revised. 3)Incorporate revisions and additions to the Key Personnel in the Statement of Work (Section C). 4) Remove Building Scientist from theKey Personnel, that role w ill be performed by the architect or mechanical engineer. and 5) Minor change to the structural engineer minimum qualification has been incorporated, see Attachment 14.

Proposal submission remains unchanged. All changes to the Solicitation are highlighted in RED.

AMENDMENT 8: The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 8 is to 1) Incorporate Attachment 15 - 6205 fiber tie points and 2) Extend the proposal submission due date from 24 September 2021 to 1 October 2021.
