Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Fort Bliss Railyard Improvements project located in Fort Bliss, Texas. The mission of this project is to enhance the existing Railhead Facility to improve operational efficiency and support military logistics.

Work Details

- Adding a North Rail extension with turnouts to Union Pacific Track;
