This synopsis is for the construction of a new Battalion Headquarter, at Fort Benning, Georgia. This acquisition is being offered as a Full and Open solicitation and will result in a design bid build, Firm Fixed Price Contract Award.

Description of Work: The Facility will need to be (92,000 Square Ft.) including with a 27,000 SF of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Facility will address the interiors, life/safety, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and utility systems necessary for a new facility. This includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility to the building. Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing (MEP) includes new fire suppression and water supply systems, fire alarm and mass notification system, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, telecommunication, and cabling systems. New site work includes storm drainage, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters.

The work's located in Chattahoochee County Georgia.

Period of Performance: 740 Calendar days

Pursuant to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplements (DFARS) 236.204, the magnitude for this project is between $25 Million and $100 Million.

Evaluation Criteria: The contract will be solicited and procured using FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation (LPTA- Lowest Price Technically Acceptable).

Note: This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and is anticipated to be available on or about February 25, 2022. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. Any prospective Offeror must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
