Background
Fort Belvoir, located approximately ten miles south of Alexandria, Virginia, serves a population base of around 43,000 military, government civilian, and contractor personnel. The mission of the United States Army Fort Belvoir is to command, control, and operate the installation while providing support to authorized activities and personnel.

The contract aims to provide comprehensive custodial services across various facilities within the Fort Belvoir area.

Work Details
The Contractor shall perform custodial services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and technical exhibits. Key tasks include:
- Cleaning accessible floor surfaces by moving items to access areas underneath.
- Maintaining non-carpeted floors free from dirt and debris through routine cleaning methods such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
- Performing emergency cleaning services for incidents like water or mud spills due to weather conditions.
- Providing special event cleanings for VIP visits or other significant events with a requirement to complete tasks four hours prior to the event.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all cleaning operations.
- Submitting a Quality Control Plan and maintaining records of inspections and corrective actions throughout the contract duration.

Period of Performance
Base Year: October 1, 2026 - September 30, 2027; Option Year 1: October 1, 2027 - March 31, 2028; Option Year 2: April 1, 2028 - September 30, 2028.

Bidders must meet the following requirements:
