Background
The U.S. Army Directorate of Public Works at Fort Belvoir, VA, is seeking to award a noncompetitive bridge contract for custodial services at the Youth and Child Development Centers (CDC). The goal is to ensure continuity of custodial services while a follow-on contract is being procured, as the current contract expires on 30 September 2026.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform custodial services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The buildings involved include numbers 950, 1003, 1028, 1207, 1745, and 1805 at Fort Belvoir North Area in Springfield, Virginia.

Buildings 1805 and 5023 are currently inactive but may be added if required by MWR operations. The services must ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the facilities to prevent health hazards.
