FORSCOM Petroleum Training Module Support

The following is a combined Award Notice and Justification and Approval (J&A) Posting:

On 12 May 2023, the Army Contracting Command New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at 5418 South Scott Plaza, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08640 awarded a sole source Bridge Modification to The Tolliver Group, Inc. of Huntsville, Alabama. This modification was executed in accordance with CAO-23-0185, for which the redacted justification is being publicly disclosed simultaneously with this notice. Modification P00002 to Contract W15QKN-21-C-5022 was issued to extend the Period of Performance for the continuation of FORSCOM Petroleum Training Module (FPTM) support. The J&A includes a total of up to three months, including a 1-month period and two 1-month extension option periods under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-9, for a total extension of 15 May 2023 up to 14 August 2023 for the 80th Training Command and the 94th Training Division. Modification P00002 was awarded for the amount of $411,242.25, including options. The Product Service Code is R499 and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541611. New Contract Line Item Numbers have been established for this modification and are as follows: 2001 2004, 3001 3004, 4001 - 4004.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication will be reviewed by the Government. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this award notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received no later than 5:00pm ET on 15 June 2023.
