Formative, Process, and Outcome Evaluation Services

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention is seeking small business contractors with expertise and extensive experience in collecting data to inform the development of HIV-related social marketing campaigns and evaluating HIV social marketing campaigns. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide support to the Research and Evaluation Team (RET) within the Prevention Communication Branch (PCB) in the Division of HIV Prevention (DHP) to conduct formative research using qualitative and quantitative methods to inform the development of HIV-related social marketing campaigns and to evaluate (process and outcome) HIV social marketing campaigns. In addition, RET requires assistance and expertise in developing, monitoring, and maintaining systems to synthesize, process, and analyze a broad array of data from multiple sources. All work for this project will fall within five general domains addressed through the Let's Stop HIV Together campaign. The domains are 1) HIV awareness and stigma; 2) HIV testing; 3) HIV prevention; 4) HIV treatment and care; 5) the HIV syndemic, including other sexually transmitted infections, substance misuse, mental health, hepatitis, and tuberculosis.
