Formal PMA-281 IDIQ/MAC Solicitation   3

Amendment 0003 and Questions and Answers for the PMA-281 Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) solicitation N00019-13-R-5501, announced 04 April 2014 on FedBizOpps have been posted to the PMA-281 Interim COI. Amendment 0003 incorporates changes as a result of the Questions and Answers and extends the proposal due date from 02 June 2014 to 12 June 2014, 12:00pm EDT.

The formal Request for Proposal (RFP), unclassified solicitation documents, and Amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003 are posted on the PMA-281 Interim Community of Interest (COI).
THE GOVERNMENT HAS ATTEMPTED TO PROVIDE ALL DOCUMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS TO THE AMENDMENT WITH TRACK CHANGES FOR EASE OF IDENTIFYING THE REVISIONS.
HOWEVER, IT IS INCUMBENT ON THE OFFERORS TO THOROUGHLY REVIEW ALL DOCUMENTS TO ENSURE THEIR PROPOSAL SUBMISSIONS ADDRESS THE LATEST VERSION OF THE SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS.

All requests for access to the PMA-281 Interim COI shall be submitted to Teresa R. Brady at teresa.brady@navy.mil and must contain the following information:

Address
Commercial and Entity (CAGE) Code
Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) Number
Principal Point of Contact's name, title, phone number and email address

Proposals are due no later than 12:00pm EDT on 12 June 2014 at the address identified in Section L of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. Arrangements should be made with Teresa R. Brady at teresa.brady@navy.mil in advance to coordinate receipt of the proposals.
