Description

The Air Force Life Cycle Management, Air Dominance Division, AMRAAM Production and Sustainment Branch, intends to solicit and award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Raytheon Missile Systems, 1151 E Hermans Road, Tucson, AZ, 85756, to perform services to support the AMRAAM Form-Fit-Function-Refresh (F3R) contract. The effort includes development of the Form-Fit-Function-Refresh AMRAAM guidance section within the current performance envelope through Test Readiness Review (TRR), Production Readiness Review (PRR), and production implementation. This contract is anticipated to have a Phase IV base year period of performance from 1 November 2015 through 28 February 2017 plus one (1) option year for Phase V with a period of performance from 01 March 2017 through 31 March 2019.

FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) requires that all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All responses must be received 15 calendar days after the date of post.
