Forge IT Operations and Cybersecurity Support   2

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a competitive solicitation to request proposals from eligible businesses under the United States Air Force DoD-wide LevelUP Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for DevSecOps Services. In accordance with FAR 19.502-2, the government intends to utilize a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The contemplated contract is for IT Operations and Cybersecurity in support of the U.S. Navy's Integrated Combat System Program and its Forge software factory. A request for proposal will be issued to LevelUp BOA holders for the procurement of commercial Information Technology Operations and Cyber Security activities to support agency requirements at the Forge Outpost #1 site in Riverdale, Md.

The Government anticipates issuing a solicitation on or around 1 November 2023.

The Government anticipates making a single award around March 2024.

This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR 5.203(a) and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not accept proposals as a result of this synopsis. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided in response to this notice.
