Forest Inventory and Timber Marking Services IDIQ   3

Background
The contract is issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and focuses on providing Forest Inventory and Timber Marking Services. The goal of the contract is to ensure that all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items are available to perform these services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is expected to adhere to the standards specified in this contract.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform Forest Inventory and Timber Marking Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.

Specific tasks include:
1. Selective Timber Marking (PWS 4.3)
2. Regeneration Cut Marking + Timber Inventory (PWS 4.4)
3. Leave Tree Marking (First Thins) (PWS 4.5.2)
4. Leave Tree Marking (Later Rotation Thins) (PWS 4.5.3)
5. Timber Inventory (Fixed Radius Plot or Variable Radius Point) (PWS 4.6)
6. Regeneration Inventory (Fixed Radius Plot) (PWS 4.7).

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined based on the specific task orders issued under the IDIQ structure.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations including Town Bluff/BA Steinhagen Lake, Sam Rayburn Reservoir, Lake O' the Pines, Wright Patman Lake, Jim Chapman/Cooper Dam, and Red River Army Depot.
