Background
The solicitation is for a forensics analysis scanner, which is likely intended to support law enforcement or investigative agencies in their mission to gather and analyze evidence.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a forensics analysis scanner with the following performance specifications:
- Range Options: Focus Premium 350 (614 m for up to 0.5 MPts/sec), Focus Premium 150 (61m for up to 0.5 MPIs/sec), Focus Premium 70 (614 m for up to 0.5 MPts/sec).
- Unambiguity Interval: 307 m at 1 MPts/sec, 153 m at 2 MPts/sec.
- Ranging capabilities based on reflectivity: White (90% Reflectivity) ranges from 0.5-350m, Dark-grey (10% Reflectivity) from 0.5-150m, and Black (2% Reflectivity) from 0.5-50m.
- Max Speed: Up to 2 MPIs/sec with a ranging error of 1mm and angular accuracy measured in arcseconds.
- Operating Temperature Range: +5°C to +40°C, Extended Operating: -10°C to +55°C, Storage: -10°C to +60°C.
- Color Resolution: Up to 266 MPx with integrated GPS & GLONASS capabilities.
- Data Handling includes SATA 3.0 SSD with a capacity of up to 128 GB and typical power consumption of 19 W idle, 32 W scanning, and 72 W charging.
- The scanner should have an IP54 rating for ingress protection and be operable via touch screen or mobile devices.
