Forensic Explorer (FEX) Software Renewal with Software Maintenance and Support

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AND NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The United States Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Get Data Forensics USA, 14 Village Circle, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 for the procurement of Forensic Explorer (FEX) Software with Software Maintenance and Support. Based on this requirement the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210 Software Publishers with a size standard of $38.5 million. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted in writing via e-mail to darrin.obannon@usss.dhs.gov no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, January 19, 2022. Telephone responses will not be accepted. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in preparation of responses to this announcement.
