Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Policy, Education and Training Support (PETS)

This contract opportunity is for advisory and assistance services support to the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Air Force for International Affairs (SAF/IA) Security Assistance Policy and International Training and Education Division (SAF/IAPX). The services required are related to Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Policy, Education, and Training Support (PETS). The contractor must comply with environmental safety and health requirements, including federal, state, local, and host nation statutes. Additionally, the PRIME Contractor must have at least Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level III in Services to meet the full requirement of this support.

The work includes ensuring the quality of all deliverables, managing subcontractor relationships, invoicing, non-conformances control, COR designation, performance evaluation, access provision to work areas and records, identifying and controlling non-conformances through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions. The contractor is also required to comply with environmental requirements and safety and health standards. Furthermore, combating trafficking in persons is prohibited. The services summary includes providing qualified personnel at TO start, replacement/substitute personnel, developing and submitting all required deliverables on time without errors, compliance with security regulations and DD254 requirements, and submitting monthly status reports.

The place of performance for this contract includes CONUS and OCONUS locations as per the complexity and security levels and requirements for supporting the SAF/IA mission effectively.
