Background
This task order announcement is for the National Multiple Award Construction Contract (NMACC III) Pool 3 Phase II. The project involves mooring and structural pier upgrades at USCG Base Honolulu, Hawaii. The work includes the design/build for the extension of Berth G Pier at Coast Guard Base Honolulu, HI. The project also involves the demolition and disposal of a floating pier at Berth F, constructing a fixed pier extending from Berth G for berthing a 225-ft Seagoing Buoy Tender (WLB), and providing a shore tie mound. Option items include construction of a floating pier to berth a 154-ft Fast Response Cutter (FRC) and constructing a pier extension between existing bulkhead and new wharf.

Work Details
The work details include the design/build tasks such as demolishing and disposing of the floating pier at Berth F, constructing a fixed pier extending from Berth G, providing all necessary hardware and utilities for a shore tie mound, and potentially constructing a floating pier to berth a 154-ft Fast Response Cutter (FRC) and a pier extension between existing bulkhead and new wharf.
