Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is issuing a Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) for the acquisition of Aircraft Adapter Groups (AAGs) designed for the F-16 aircraft.

The goal of this contract is to develop AAGs that include the necessary production level software, hardware, and corresponding technical orders to be integrated into the Government developed Common Aircraft Portable Reprogrammable Equipment (CAPRE) Secure Memory Loader Verifier (SMLV). This FOPR is disseminated directly to ATSA-I awardees.
