- Delivery Requirements: Deliveries must occur between 0730 and 1600 hours to the US Military Academy SSA Warehouse located at BLDG 917 Washington Road, West Point, NY 10996. Offers submitted on a basis other than F.O.B. destination will be rejected as nonresponsive. New equipment only; used or remanufactured products will not be accepted.
