Background
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Food Service Workers under solicitation number W81K0226QA011. The goal of this contract is to provide food service support at military medical facilities, specifically at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington.

The agency's mission is to ensure the delivery of quality food services in support of military readiness and healthcare operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing Food Service Workers who will perform various tasks including:
1. Ensuring safety and support during long hours of service.
2. Compliance with applicable technical orders, specifications, regulations, and manuals including but not limited to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
3. Providing uniform shirts for Food Service Workers; workers must wear black slacks (jeans are not permitted) and closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes.
4. All personnel must possess current documentation for Basic Life Support (BLS) training through an American Heart Association approved program.
5. Adherence to various Department of Defense (DoD) directives regarding information security, personnel security, and medical management within the Military Health System (MHS).

Period of Performance
The estimated ordering period for this contract is from December 15, 2025, to December 14, 2030.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Madigan Army Medical Center located at Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington.
