Background
This is a DRAFT solicitation for the elevation of the FOLSOM Main, Left Wing and Right Wing Dams. The work involves raising the Folsom Main Dam and the Folsom Left & Right Wing Dam according to specifications, plans, and drawings.

Work Details
The construction tasks include all work associated with raising the Folsom Main Dam and the Folsom Left & Right Wing Dam. Additionally, there is work associated with relocation and return of the Low Water Mitigation Pipeline within specific timeframes during the performance period.

Period of Performance
