Folsom, LLC IDIQ for Construction

This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Aw ard Construction Contract for general construction, modifications, repair, alteration, and design/engineering for facilities that may include minor new construction, design-build, or design bid-build requirements at Naval Air Station Key West, other outlying areas under the oversight of Public Works Department, NAS Key West, Florida and AUTEC, Andros Island, Bahamas.
The contract will not exceed a 60 month ordering period or the contract not-to-exceed (NTE) amount of $4,500,000, w hichever comes first. The anticipated range for task orders is $25,000 to $2,000,000. The contract minimum guarantee is $1,000 and w ill be satisfied on a negotiated task order "seed project" to be aw arded concurrently with the basic contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a corresponding size standard of $45M, and the PSC is Z2JZ. This procurement is a sole source set-aside solicited in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act 15 USC 637(a)(1) and FAR Subpart 19.8.
