FOLLOW-UP | FUSIONS II SUPPORT | Request For Information (RFI)

Background
The 616 Operations Center (616 OC) at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (JBSA-Lackland) is seeking industry feedback through this Request for Information (RFI) to build an acquisition strategy for FUSIONS II Services.

The mission of the 616 OC is to deliver timely and relevant intelligence data/products to the war fighter. This RFI aims to identify potential business sources capable of providing support in areas such as Information Warfare Support, Datalink Support, Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Support, and IT – Software/Programming Support.

Work Details
The tasks/services to be completed under this contract include:
1. Information Warfare Support: Planning, execution, and assessment of IW activities across air, space, and cyber operations.
2. Datalink Support: Managing datalink connectivity for ISR missions to ensure reliable connectivity and data flow.
3. Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) Support: Providing oversight and management of JICO functions.
4. IT – Software/Programming Support: Development and maintenance of software solutions that support the mission objectives of the 616 OC.
5. Integration with various AF National to Tactical Integration (NTI) teams and Tactics Analysis Teams (TATs).
6. Responding to AFCYBER intelligence requirements focused on defensive cyber operations missions.

Period of Performance
The estimated period of performance for this effort is approximately five years.

Place of Performance
The primary location for this acquisition is Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland (JBSA-Lackland) Air Force Base, with additional locations potentially including Langley AFB, Virginia; Nellis AFB, Nevada; NIWC, San Diego, CA; Camp Pendleton, CA; Ramstein AB, Germany; Austin, TX; Little Rock AFB; and Shriever AFB, CO.
