UPDATE/Clarification -- 9 March 2022: Manufacturing and/or supply chain lead times will be handled on a case-by-case basis after contract award in accordance with FAR 52.249-10(b)(2), Default (Fixed-Price Construction). If the facts support the delay then the time for completing the work shall be extended.

UPDATE 9 March 2022: Amendment 001 to this solicitation has been uploaded which incorporates the Questions and Answers received for this requirement as Attachment 13. Proposal Due date has not changed and proposals are still due No Later Than 10:00 A.M. CST on 14 March 2022.

UPDATE 24 February 2022: The site visit sign-in sheet has been uploaded for this solicitation. Questions regarding this requirement are due no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on 1 March 2022. Questions shall be submitted via email to: 81CONS.LGCB.Construction@us.af.mil and should contain the solicitation number FA301022R0010 in the subject line.

The Magnitude of the proposed construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.00.

This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.

An organized site visit has been set for Tuesday, 22 February 2022 at 8:30 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a valid drivers license/identification card, valid registration for any vehicle you will be operating, and proof of insurance. Contractors are no longer able to enter the base via the south side entrance of the Contracting Office for site visits. Specific instructions are identified in 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction).

Keesler AFB Health Protection Conditions (HPCON) change based on available data. Personnel should anticipate mask wear covering the mouth and nose at all times while on Keesler AFB. All individuals are to maintain a minimum of six (6) feet distance from other individuals to the maximum extent practicable at all times.
