FMTV A1P2 ECP Changes

The previously provided TDP drawings have been updated for technical improvements through Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs). The Government has made the 66 ECP drawings which include the revised black line drawings, available to interested parties. All documents are marked Distribution D- Limited to US Government agencies and their contractors and Export Controlled - Restricted by the Arms Export Control Act or the Export Administration Act of 1979.
Parties interested in obtaining the ECP changes to the previously provided TDP drawings must be certified in the Joint Certification Program (JCP), have an active System for Award Management (SAM) account, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via email to the FMTV A2 mailbox usarmy.detroit.acc.mbx.fmtv-a2@mail.mil. The data custodian in JCP must sign and submit the "FMTV Tech Data NDA" which is attached to this announcement. In addition, the interested party shall provide the Organization's name and CAGE code. Upon submission of the NDA and approval, the Government will provide online access to the ECP changes through the "FMTV A1P2 ECP Changes" attachment to this announcement. The data custodian must be registered in FBO in order to request access.
Data custodians will only be required to submit one "FMTV Tech Data NDA" to obtain the ECP changes.
Data custodians are also encouraged to request a new TDP that reflects the ECP updates. Due to size constraints, the updated TDP will be provided via mail. Requests for the updated TDP can be sent to the FMTV A2 mailbox at usarmy.detroit.acc.mbx.fmtv-a2@mail.mil.
The Government will post updated information on the FMTV A2 effort as necessary. Interested parties are responsible to keep themselves informed, so it is important to visit FBO periodically to ensure that you have the most current information.
