FMCS-Arbitration System

Background
The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is planning to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the maintenance, support, and upgrades of its Arbitration System. This action is being advertised on a sole source basis to i3Solutions, Inc., which has been the sole contractor since the system's initial development in 2012.

The FMCS aims to ensure continuity and efficiency in the operation of its Arbitration System, which is critical for its mission.

Work Details
The contract will involve the following tasks and services:

- Maintenance and support of the current Arbitration System used by the Office of Arbitration;
- Upgrades to enhance system functionality;
- Ensuring that all work complies with FMCS standards;
- Providing technical expertise that only i3Solutions possesses due to their intimate knowledge of the system.

The estimated dollar value includes a 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods for maintenance.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a total of 36 months, consisting of a 12-month base period followed by two additional 12-month option periods.

The work will be performed at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service headquarters located at One Independence Square, 250 E Street, SW, Washington, D.C. 20427.
