The Purpose of this Amendment is:
1. To provide the SF 30 for Amendment 0001 to Solicitation that was issued on October 09, 2020.
2. And to clarify information related to Figure B-3 Pricing Template as follows:
No pricing is required or expected for the monthly addition or reduction of space, all fields should be zero for this item.
Tree thinning under C.9.6.5 is marked reserved and does not require pricing
3. No other changes are applied or expresssed for this Solicitation

The purpose of this Amendment is to do the following:

1. Add the Addendum to the CBA - Attachment 1a Addendum to OK Eastern IUOE Local 627 CBA 2018 01 02;
2. Add the revised Figure B-3. Changes are annotated in BLUE;
3. Add the Pre-proposal PowerPoint Slides;
4. Provide the answers to the questions; PDF document entitled "Questions and Answers to solicitation 47PH0220R0016";
5. Provide changes to the solicitation; PDF document entitled "Changes to Solicitation 47PH0220R0016";
6. Extend the Proposal due date to Friday, Oct 16, 2020 no later than 3:00 PM CST.

NOTE: All changes will be incorporated in the contract specification package at the time of award

The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), has a need for Operation and Maintenance, Custodial, and related services for two Federal Buildings located in Tulsa and Muskogee, Oklahoma. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment and subcontracts necessary to provide Operation and Maintenance, Custodial Maintenance Services, and related services described in this solicitation including inspection, testing, and maintenance.
