Background
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Metrology and Calibration (METCAL) Program has a requirement to procure 5730AOPT03 Multimeter Calibrators. The 5730AOPT03 Multimeter Calibrators in the NAVAIR METCAL inventory are used to calibrate devices that measure AC/DC Voltage, AC/DC Current, Wideband Frequency, Four Wire and Two Wire Resistance. These Multimeter Calibrators have a high accuracy that allow technicians to obtain test accuracy ratios of 4:1 for meters that display up to 8.5 digits.

Work Details
The scope of this effort is to procure up to 336, 5730AOPT03 Multimeter Calibrators. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. Specific deliverables include Operator/Service Manual (CDRL T001), Calibration Certification and/or Certificate of Conformance Reporting (CDRL A001), Instrument Calibration Procedure (CDRL A002), Software/Firmware Version Description (CDRL A003), Software/Firmware Change Request (CDRL A004), Repairable Parts List (CDRL A005).

Period of Performance
This IDIQ consists of a five-year ordering period beginning on the date of contract award and expiring five (5) years thereafter.
