Fluent Biosciences RNA Reagent Kits (Ambis 2229743)

This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Fluent Biosciences Inc, 150 Coolidge Avenue, Watertown, MA 02472-2815, to procure PIPseq and Fluent brand reagents for ongoing research.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), conducts and supports basic and applied research to better understand, treat, and ultimately prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases. Within NIAID, the Neuroimmunological Diseases Section (NDS), mission is to understand, diagnose, prognosticate, and cure neuroimmunological diseases. Through understanding of the mechanisms that participate in central nervous system (CNS) injury and those that have neuroprotective functions, the NDS aim is to develop effective therapies for neuroimmunological diseases.

Only one award will be made as a result of this solicitation. This will be awarded as a firm-fixed price type of contract.

Delivery: Estimate delivery has a 30 days ARO after receipt and acceptance of award.

Delivery Location: NIH/NIAID/NDS, 10 Center Drive, Bethesda, MD 20892.

The statutory authority for this sole source requirement is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1 only one responsible source and no other supply of service will satisfy agency requirements. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. All responses received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f). A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
