Background
The National Museum of the Marine Corps (NMMC) is responsible for collecting, safeguarding, displaying, and preserving an expanding aircraft, heavy ordnance weapons, and vehicle collection in support of exhibits throughout the NMMC, Regional Department of Defense (DoD) and national level agencies and local municipalities. These artifacts also provide a medium for the professional development of individual Marines.

Work Details
The NMMC Restoration Branch requires a Preventative Maintenance Program for the Flow Mach 3 Waterjet with Hyplex Prime Pump 50 hp. The Vendor shall conduct a Preventative Maintenance Service visit on a biannual basis. The Vendor shall provide the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) a copy of the service results/findings. The Vendor shall provide a quote for replacement parts that are not covered by the Preventative Maintenance Program to the TPOC.
The requirement is for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The base period shall start on the date of contract award, anticipated to be 28 May 2024. The first Preventative Maintenance Service shall be scheduled between the Vendor and the TPOC no later than close of business one (1) month from date of contract award. Services must be performed during normal working hours in coordination with the TPOC, 6:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday – Thursday, except U.S. Federal Holidays.

Period of Performance
The requirement is for one (1) 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The base period shall start on the date of contract award, anticipated to be 28 May 2024.
