** THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT ** for Flow-3D Additional License

Background
NASA Glenn Allen Research Center is seeking to enhance its computational fluid dynamics (CFD) capabilities through the acquisition of additional Flow-3D leased licenses. The goal of this contract is to provide the necessary software tools to support research and development activities at the center.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of four additional leased licenses for the Flow-3D CFD software program. Each license includes one solver instance token and up to forty core tokens per instance. Maintenance service is included with each license. The specifics are as follows:
1. One additional leased license with one solver instance token and up to forty core tokens, valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
2. One additional leased license with one solver instance token and up to forty core tokens, valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
3. One additional leased license with one solver instance token and up to forty core tokens, valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
