Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for identifying and managing multiple potential direct lease properties that are close to damaged dwellings and within reasonable commuting distance to community services such as public transportation, schools, and grocery stores. The properties must include essential utilities, appliances, and furnishings that are functional and safe. The contractor must ensure that all properties meet the HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and relevant building codes.

Specific tasks include:
- Providing existing furnished residential properties for lease, including corporate apartments and vacation rentals.
- Ensuring all essential utilities are included in the rental agreement.
- Evaluating each property for safety, sanitation, and functionality.
- Documenting that properties meet accessibility needs for survivors with disabilities.
- Managing property maintenance and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local occupancy standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from December 2, 2024, to December 1, 2029.
