5 August 2024: An additional site visit will be conducted at 9:00am on Thursday, 8 August 2024. If you attended the originally scheduled site visit, you do not need to attend again but are welcome. Follow instructions within the solicitation for gaining access to the base.

NAICS Code 238110 - Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors

Tulsa Air National Guard, Tulsa, Oklahoma is issuing an invitation for bids for concrete floor covering installation. This will entail installation, repair, and polishing of concrete floor coverings in the 3 buildings with different square footage totaling roughly 8,000 square feet. The location of this project is 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115.

This project is set aside 100% for Small business. The small business size standard is $19M for NAICS 238110. In the event small business contractors are not avaialble for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.

Background
The Tulsa Air National Guard in Tulsa, Oklahoma is issuing an invitation for bids for concrete floor covering installation. This project aims to install, repair, and polish concrete floor coverings across three buildings totaling approximately 8,000 square feet. The project is set aside 100% for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the work as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Specific tasks include:
- Polish concrete flooring in Buildings 316, 326, and 603.
- For Building 316:
- Remove existing vinyl base and floor coverings.
- Grind with various grit diamond tools (30 grit to 1500 grit).
- Patch large holes or cracks with epoxy filler.
- Polish existing terrazzo flooring and apply industrial-grade clear coat finish.
- For Building 326:
- Similar tasks as Building 316 but for approximately 4000 SF of flooring.
- For Building 603:
- Patch existing epoxy floor as needed with light gray color.
- All debris must be disposed of off Base with proper documentation. Compliance with security policies and environmental health and safety procedures is mandatory. The contractor must also mark/locate all underground utilities prior to any digging.

The construction projects will be performed at the Tulsa Air National Guard facility located at 9100 East 46th Street North, Tulsa, OK 74115.
