Amendment 4 - extends solicitation. The bid opening will now be held Wednesday, September 13th at 3:00pm

The Marine Design Center of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting for the procurement of one welded steel barge to be used as a floating pier for the U.S. Antarctic Program's McMurdo Station, Antarctica, operated by the National Science Foundation.
The bid opening will be held September 13th, 2023 at 3:00pm EDT. Bids must be physically submitted in accordance with the solicitation requirements. No electronic submissions will be accepted.
