FLIR THERMAL CAMERAS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NSWCCD intends to solicit on a full and open competitive basis for:
1. three (3) Flir Thermal Cameras.
FLIR A655sc w/25 Lens and High Temperature Calibration Thermal Imagining Camera
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested under RFQ N0016719Q0008. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 333316 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-96 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) SEE ATTACHED FILE FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS.
