Background
The purpose of this solicitation W91CRB-26-Q-5000 is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement in accordance with FMS Case BK-B-UAZ AE25016, for the Country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This contract aims to procure brand-name FLIR Recon B2-FO Thermal Binoculars to support the military needs of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver three (3) each FLIR Recon B2-FO Thermal Binoculars, which must include the following specifications: 30mw LP 640 InSb, Color CCD, DMC, 10Km LRF, GPS, LP & Geo-Location Software, and Adjustable Diopters.

Each unit must come with hand & neck straps, lens covers, four rechargeable lithium batteries, a battery charger, AC/DC power supply, USB cable for image storage and download, video out cable, manual, quick reference guide, hard case, and lens cleaning kit. The product must be new (non-refurbished) and delivered by November 30, 2026. The FOB point is at Origin.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required by November 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be shipped to Agility Defense and Government Services located at 4753 Aviation Parkway, Suite B, Atlanta, GA 30349.
