This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 for duct cleaning services on Guam in accordance with the attached PWS. Please direct all questions, responses, and correspondance to christian.olivieri@us.af.mil.

There will be a site visit for this solicitation on September 25 2023 at 0930 ChST. All vendors interested in attending this site visit must notify SSgt Christian Olivieri as soon as possible at least 24 hours in advance via email. Attendance of this site visit is not mandatory to provide a quote. Attendees will meet and the Anderson AFB Visitors center.

Background
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for duct cleaning services on Guam in accordance with the attached PWS. The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Air Force and is being solicited on a 100% Small Business basis. The associated code is 561790. The period of performance for the contract is from September 30, 2023, to October 30, 2023. The place of performance is Anderson AFB, Guam.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Central Air Duct Cleaning at Andersen Air Force base at Fleming Heights housing, Guam. This includes cleaning the outside air conditioner unit, supply and return registers and grills, air ducts, and filters.
The contractor shall also sanitize and deodorize the air ducts.
The timeline for completion of work will be 60 days.
The Contractor shall provide a weekly progress schedule.
